A FREE local pick-up option is available from the Kogarah area in Sydney. If you’d like to collect your order in person, please select the Local Pick-Up option at checkout. Once your order is ready, I’ll send you an email to organise a convenient time to meet at my local post office for collection.

DELIVERY ADDRESS:
Please double-check your postal address before placing your order – I can’t be held responsible for any delays or missed deliveries if the address provided is incorrect.

If your package gets returned to me because of an error in the address, you’ll need to cover the extra postage cost to have it sent out again.

Entered the wrong address by mistake? No worries – just email me ASAP at hello@effieanadesign.com and if your order hasn’t shipped yet, I’ll do my best to fix it in time.

LOST IN TRANSIT:
If it’s been more than 15 days since your order was shipped and you still haven’t received it, please reach out to me. I’ll help you look into it and guide you through filing a lost package claim with the postal service.

Please note that I’m not responsible for packages that are lost, misdelivered or stolen after they’ve been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once processed, your artwork is sent to print.

Delivery Time (Australia): Please allow 3–10 business days from dispatch for delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Packaging & Fulfilment: All prints are carefully packaged and shipped from my fulfilment partner in Sydney.
