Shipping is included for cards — standard delivery only (no tracking number).
A free local pick-up option is available from the Kogarah area in Sydney. If you’d like to collect your order in person, please select the Local Pick-Up option at checkout. Once your order is ready, I’ll get in touch via email to arrange a suitable time for collection.
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Once processed, your card(s) will be sent to you.
Delivery Time (Australia): Please allow 3–10 business days from dispatch for delivery.
Shipping Area: Currently, only shipping within Australia.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or there has been an error, please notify me within 24 hours of receiving your item by sending an email with details and photos to hello@effieanadesign.com. I’ll do my best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Frequently asked questions
I don’t have a physical storefront. However, I do offer FREE local pickup for customers in the Sydney area.
Local pickup is available by arrangement in Kogarah, NSW. Once your order is ready, I’ll send you an email to organise a convenient time to meet at my local post office for collection.
Yes! Each card is paired with a brown kraft paper envelope. Due to the envelopes eco-friendly nature, you may notice small, natural flecks in the paper.
At this stage, these are only available Australia wide.

The shipping is included with the price, please note with the cards no tracking number will be provided.
Every device has a different capability to display colours. I try my best to show the images as life-like as possible, but please note that the actual colours may vary slightly from your monitor.
Also on various stock, the colour will differ (for example: my art prints and art cards , the colours will slightly differ due to the printing and paper it has been printed on).
